Bold and Courageous Leaders is a nonprofit organization built on the belief that true leadership begins with purpose. Known by our motto, “Leaders that inspire to aspire,” we provide a powerful platform where leaders from all fields and backgrounds come together to share their “Why?”, uplift one another, and nurture the next generation of leaders.
We are more than just a forum — we are a movement of purpose-driven individuals who believe in the strength of unity, mentorship, and faith-based leadership.
Our foundation is rooted in Deuteronomy 31:6:

Founders & Facilitators
Personally:
Elizabeth Mabuza is a child of the Most High God. A firm believer of Jesus Christ. A daughter, wife, sister, and mother to three precious gifts from God. I enjoy my quiet moments with God, love exercising, hiking, cycling and running, reading books, writing, gardening, and spending time with my family. My purpose is to serve, give, and make a difference in the world.
Professionally:
Governance, Risk and Compliance is what I do professionally. I am pursuing my PhD in Risk Management at the University of South Africa. I completed my Masters Degree in Responsible Leadership at the University of Pretoria. I am a writer and author of a book called Children Matter to God – Part 1 which is available at Amazon and Kindle. Founder and facilitator of the Bold and Courageous Leaders which is a forum that brings all leaders from different fields and backgrounds under one umbrella to share their “Why”, encourage and develop other leaders.
Mr & Mrs Mabuza
Ms Lerato Dube
Lerato is a career development coach with a focus on leadership development and executive coaching. Her coaching approach emanates from values based personal development. This approach encourages executives to realise their potential and offer their services with flair, confidence and excellence, having realised and resolved their self limitations. Lerato has 16 years of extensive experience in senior management positions within the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) research and policy industry.
Her passion on mentorship and coaching has allowed her to live a purposeful life through serving her highest value of personal development through teaching.
Mr Khutso Mohale
Founder & CEO of Ambitious Future Careers
He is an experienced Information and Knowledge Management Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the Mining & Metals Industry. He is also skilled in Databases, Information Literacy, Library Services, Knowledge Management and Records Management.
Mrs Njaki Mokwele
Specialist Business Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry and the Consulting sector. Skilled in IT Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Business Process Design, Data Analysis, IT Auditing, Management, Risk Management, and Business Process Improvement. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and holds a BCOM IT Honours degree.
Mr Vuyo Mafata
Vuyo is an experienced civil servant with vast public sector experience. The former Commissioner of the Compensation Fund previously worked at the Unemployment Insurance Fund as a Chief Financial Officer. He is a leader, mentor, and a public servant that has passion in serving the community. Very passionate about finance and investment management. He holds a Masters of Business Management in General Management and a Masters of Management in Finance and Investment Management, Finance and Investment. Vuyo has a great sense of humour, loves spending time with his family and enjoys watching soccer.
Mr Preggy Naidoo
Senior specialist in Technology - Transmission planning and design. A dedicated and self-motivated professional with a solid background in the ICT industry with 22 years experience in the transmission domain. Holds BCOM in business management, BCOM Honours (Cum Laude) in business management and a three years electrical engineering diploma.
Dr Sibusiso Mfeka
Dr Sibusiso Mfeka is a husband, father, branding coach, speaker and publisher. He holds two senior degrees in Political Science and Theology. He is the author of 'The Making of a Brand' and gives advisory services to CEOs, Entrepreneurs and Influential individuals in various spheres of society, which helps them and their organisations to rise to brand excellence.
Dr Lindiwe Albertina Mabesele
I am a Lecturer and have held the position of Acting Head of Department Internal Auditing & FIS, and Senior Lecturer. I hold a PhD in Accounting Sciences and Master in Internal Auditing, and various computer- related certificates. I am member in good standing with Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa and the Institute of Risk Management.
Dr Bishop J Tause
Dr Bishop J Tause is the founder and Senior Pastor of Grace Christian Fellowship Church. He was ordained as a Pastor in February 2001, as an Apostle in February 2010 and Bishop in August 2010. He is now a Secretary General of All Africa Bishops Council. He is a teacher, mentor, motivational speaker, evangelist, and a leader that is passionate about leadership and development which led him to the formation of the School of Leaders for training leaders at the church and community. He holds an Honorary Degree from Triune Biblical University, USA, Honours Degree and a bachelor's degree from Team Impact University, a Ministry Degree from West Coast Seminary, USA, and has Ministry Certificates from the Rhema Bible Church, Littlefalls, and Ezra School of Ministers. He obtained his National Higher Diploma in Management and a Secondary Teachers Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Tshwane University of Technology. He is a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, pastor and enjoys spending time with his family and reading the Word of God.
Rev Lwazi Kondlo
Rev Lwazi Kondlo is an ordained minister in Methodist Church of Southern Africa. He is a General President of the Wesley Guild, Limpopo district Children and Youth co-ordinator. He is currently stationed in Mamelodi central Methodist church. He is passionate about the work of the youth. His ministry is centered around economic development. Discovering the voice of God in the financial industry. Rev Lwazi Kondlo holds a bachelor's degree in theology, Investment Management (certificate), Blockchain and digital currency - the future of money (certificate). Currently studying digital currency and business management.
Redeem Govathson
Redeem Govathson is a lawyer. She obtained her LL.B in Law and Business from Coventry University and a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from Warwick University, both in the United Kingdom. Her Master's degree focused on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation. Redeem spent four years working in the financial sector, before switching to risk management in a totally different industry. She is now the Risk Management Leader at Ernst and Young (Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi). Redeem is a voracious reader and known for her keen interest in leadership topics. She is passionate about adding value to businesses by supporting those in leadership positions to make better decisions by efficiently managing risks, exploiting opportunities and meeting expectations of all stakeholders.
Dr Daniel Ximba
DR. DANIEL XIMBA is a keynote speaker, a licensed specialist wellness counsellor, and a leadership consultant. He is the founding CEO of Ximba Transformation (XT), a mental health and leadership consulting firm that focuses on organizational wellness programs (OWP) and leadership transformation programs (LTP).
He is also the founding president of Psychopneumatic Centric Therapy International (PPCTI), a hybrid private institute training holistic mental health counsellors. Dr. Ximba's academic background is in psychology, practical theology, neurolinguistic programming, and organizational leadership. He has extensive experience and a passion for keynote speaking, counselling, coaching, and leadership consulting.
He is married to Boitumelo "Tumi" Ximba, and they are both blessed with three children: Faith, Grace, and William.
